Camp Doheny sells backpacks, apparel, and van accessories, produced in-house.
Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all details are always error-free.

3. ORDERS

Orders can be placed through the website.
Once an order is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
Camp Doheny reserves the right to cancel orders in case of fraud, error, or stock issues.

5. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from Spain
Preparation time: 2–5 business days (most orders ship within 2–3 days)

Customers outside the EU are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Camp Doheny is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. DELIVERY

7. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU law.
Products must be unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product is defective or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will offer a replacement or refund.
