SHIPPING
All orders are prepared and shipped from Spain.
1. Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over:
- €59 within mainland Spain
- €69 to Portugal and Balearic Islands
- €89 to Zone 1 (France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium)
- €99 to United Kingdom
- €119 to Zone 2 (Austria, Poland, Denmark)
2. Preparation time
Each garment is made-to-order to help reduce waste and support a more sustainable production process. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 working days for us to carefully prepare and ship it. Kindly note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination.
- Spain (mainland): €4.95
- Balearic Islands: €6.95
- Portugal: €6.95
- EU Zone 1 (France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium): €8.95
- EU Zone 2 (Denmark, Poland, Austria): €15.95
- United Kingdom: £10
4. Shipping times
Delivery times depend on your location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
- Spain (mainland): usually 2–3 business days
- Balearic Islands: usually 3–5 business days
- Europe: usually 4–10 business days, depending on the destination
5. International orders
Orders shipped outside the European Union (including countries such as the United Kingdom) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that such fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges or delays.
If a package is refused, left unclaimed, or returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for both the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred. These amounts will be deducted from the final refund issued for the order.
4. Exclusions
At this time, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, or Melilla.
5. Issues with Delivery
If you experience any issues with shipment or delivery:
- Contact your local postal service first, using the tracking number provided (if applicable)
- If the issue cannot be resolved, feel free to contact us at: support@campdoheny.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With original packaging

Each garment is hand-printed to order, meaning every piece is made especially for you. To help reduce unnecessary returns and waste, we encourage you to reach out if you need sizing guidance before placing your order. Finding the right fit from the start helps create a better experience for you while supporting a more thoughtful and sustainable production process.
Once we receive the returned items, you can choose:
Exchange: Please reorder the right size or garment again in our shop.
Refund: The item price will be refunded via the original payment method.
1. Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We do not accept freight collect (unpaid shipping) returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@campdoheny.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
